Trespasse Table | Dimitri Lociks
Designed by Dimitri Lociks, the Trespasse Table inhabits the boundary between pure form and sensitive function. Inspired by the formal investigations of Neoconcretism — with a careful eye on the work of Sérgio Camargo — the piece presents a geometric simplicity dense with meaning.
The design is structured around three cylindrical legs arranged diagonally, which both support and challenge the gaze. As they pass through the glass top, they create a rhythmic composition of movement and balance, transforming the glass into a “sea skin” suspended in the air.
With robust volumes and, at the same time, an ethereal visual lightness, the Trespasse Table evokes the monumentality of Brasília’s modernism. It is a tribute to the aesthetic of palaces such as Itamaraty, where art, design, and architecture converge into a singular and timeless aesthetic experience.
